Shipping & Handling

Where do you ship to? 

We ship to almost any location in the world by United States Postal Service to P.O. Box  Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. International orders are shipped Global Priority to arrive in customs within 5 days. 
The countries we currently ship to are, United States Guam, Philippines, France, Spain, Italy, London, Japan, South and Central America.
Your items will arrive generally within  4-6 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international shipping.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Recipient is responsible for all import duty and taxes. 

How long will it take for the order to be shipped? 

Orders are normally handled and shipped within 48 hours. We process orders Monday through Friday. 
Back orders are rare, but occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock, resulting in a brief delay. You will be notified of delays if an item is out of stock. 


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail from us which will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the United States Postal Service web site. 


Return Policy

Please, carefully read our return policy. 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 15 days, you may return it for a refund or immediate replacement.

Items returned for return or exchange must be received within 15 days from ship date on the invoice.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason if the package is postmarked more than 15 days from your receipt of merchandise.

You may "even exchange" an item for a different size or color. You may exchange one item for another of equal or higher value. Sale items are returnable for exchange or merchandise credit only.

Shipping and processing charges are not refundable. 

Return Guidelines

1. DO NOT remove any of the hangtags, hygienic liners, labels or plastic swift ties from the merchandise. Once these tags are removed our warranty agreement becomes null and void. 

2. Health Department regulations state that clothing, swimwear and intimate items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. Please note that any items received in this state will be returned to you. 

3. Repackage your swimsuit in the plastic bag it arrived in. 

4. Please fill out the Return/Exchange form indicating what you are sending back, the reason why and if you want to exchange or refund.
Include the return form in your package along with $8.00(US) to cover postage and handling charges. International exchange orders should include $20(US); Canada exchange orders include $18(US). 

5. Return the package to Vimaje Design within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Return costs is the responsibility of the customer. You may return your merchandise to us the most economical way, insured with delivery confirmation, and a receipt.

6. We regret that we cannot accept "Freight Collect" or "Bill Recipient" packages. 

7. Returns in excess of $150 will have a 5% restocking fee. 

8. Refunds are generally issued within 4-6 weeks of our receipt of returned merchandise. 
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
